Intex Ultima I – 1170 (Rs 13,990)
Intex may be a relatively new entrant in the market, but the company's managed to launch quite a few handsets, from entry-level handsets to the Ultima I 1170 (which has a 3 megapixel camera with auto-focus, no less). The I 1170 has large 2.4 inch display that lets you watch videos (it supports MPEG4 and 3GP formats) and comes with a music player and integrated FM radio with space for storing 30 presets, and a voice recorder.
